TERMS OF BUSiNESS

Any business done with NiL PUBLiSHiNG HOUSE is ruled by the official terms and regulations of the German Booktrading Regulations.

Manuscripts & Samples

should only be sent as copy print. Never send the original. If your work should be returned to you, it is necessary to enclose a sufficiently postpaid envelope (stamped) with the sending.

Bookorders

WiTHiN BERLiN AND GERMANY we usually ship free of charge.
Until further notice NiL PUBLiSHiNG HOUSE is not obligated to show VAT or similar taxes on the invoice, but only the net price of the sold goods, i.e. books, which does not influence the gross selling price for ordering bookstores.
Orders by private and new customers are bound to in advance payments.

Bookshops

Ordering bookshops will be granted a discount of at least 30%.
For bookshops the payment is due 30 days after invoice date and receipt of ordered goods.
Shipping costs for the return of comission goods FROM OUTSIDE OF BERLIN must be paid by the bookshop.
The booktrader must inform us in the first week of the following month regarding sold books that were held in commission.

Shipment

WiTHiN BERLiN AND GERMANY we usually ship free of charge.
With the shipment OUTSiDE OF GERMANY shipping costs will apply. NiL PUBLiSHiNG HOUSE is not liable for any shipment risks outside Germany.

Single books are send as book-sending.

Starting with two or more books, the shipment is done as a package, and postage applies in regard to the weight of the ordered goods: Within Germany up to 2 kg for 3,90 EURO or for more heavy orders for 6,90 EURO.
Other ways of shipment are depending on the ordered amount of goods.

Shipment to AUSTRIA

For 1 book the postage is (depending on the weight) 2,70 EURO or 4,50 EURO for book-sendings within Europe.

NiL PUBLiSHiNG HOUSE is not liable for any losses regarding shipments outside Germany.


By ordering from us, these terms and conditions are accepted. Each order establishes a byuing contract. A specified ordering confirmation is not sent.
The shipping will be done within 24 hours - depending on the availaility of the book.
A shipment confirmation will be sent to the ordering person immediately by email.
The order is valid for a period of 10 days. The cancellation of an order must be done in written form and in advance to the shipment of the order.
The return of ordered books is not accepted. A return because of defects must be done immediately. The publishing house will substitute the defect copies with new deliveries.
The ordered goods are property of NiL PUBLiSHiNG HOUSE until full payment has been received.
